At their September 21, 2010 meeting, the Board of Education approved the attached list of projects to be funded from Capital Bonds.  Capital bonds are not part of the general fund, and pay for capital improvement work such as fixed projectors and smartboards, card key access systems, teacher storage and cubbies, site marquees and more.  Each year, the board-appointed Capital Expenditure Advisory Committee (CEAC) and district-staffed Academics & Operations Committee (AOC) provide recommendations to the Board of Education on construction and capital improvement work to be done at District facilities with funds provided from the annual sale of capital bonds.  The joint CEAC/AOC recommendation for use of capital funds is reviewed and approved by the Board of Education.
